Weapon combos that give abilities. Options

I was just thinking of abilities for melee types & one thing came to mind-weapon set abilities.
These would be something that a trainer could teach a player(or another player could teach a player if he had alot of experience with the set). Examples might be:

Spear & net(or trident) like the Gladiators of old-allows a entanglement skill that improves with lvl. Upon entanglement the wielder has triple the chance of a critical hit.

Sword & buckler. allows a bash atttack that can knock down a opponent which adds strength & buckler damage(& skill lvl) to damage roll. Prone mobs cannot attack until they stand & take double damage.

Assassins Claws. basically metal claws that are dual wielded that give access to a few special moves
Shred- A barrage of claw attacks that due extra damage.
Impalement- A immobilizing attack that does great damage.
Blood letting- A attack that targets vital areas to bleed the opponent to death

Twin Bo sticks- For the monk type who dual wields. Has a offensive & defensive mode.
Defensive mode-The Bo Sticks become a blur & making attacks on the wielder not nearly as likely to hit but damage is greatly reduced vs mobs.
Offensive-damage is doubled as are critical hit rolls but armor suffers a penalty as well as some saves.

Sword & dagger- The main benefit is having a special parrying dagger that doesn't do much damage (unless enhanced)but adds to parry skill.
Riposte-after each successful block a extra sword attack is given(as the parrying dagger binds a opponents weapon)

Dual weapon shields-Sounds a little bit crazy but having two weapon shields could be a great benefit with a skilled user. Mounted blades or horns on a shield can cause massive damage & give great bonuses for armor & parry.
-A shield swipe attack is available for each shield
-impalement can be a option for certain shields
-double bash is also available(two shields at once, a stun roll is done for each attack.

More ideas to come but I have to get ready now..
