Can't equip spells from spellbook Options

I finally cast enough Fire Shield, to get 12 in Elementalism - Fire, but I can't drag my Firebolt spell from my SpellBook, to the quick bar.

That might still be a UI issue though, it might be sending the command to the server to equip the action but handling it properly in the UI. I will see if I can drag a spell onto the action bar with these recent changes.
