Targetting someone, including yourself, stops regen? Options

I need to do some more tests, but it seems like if you target anything, venders, mobs, even yourself, you stop getting regen.

yeah calbert mentioned that a little while ago. I assume this stops you from regenning while you're "active". You need to be "resting" and not doing anything to regen I guess, ie not targetting anything...

I have modified this a little for the next release, you will only stop regenerating health and willpower when engaged with a hostile mobile that is alive.
