Any way to take off the quantity dialogue box when purchasing Priest Healing or Priest Refresh from the vendors?

Why wouldn't you want the quantity box?

When you need Priest Healing/Refresh, you aren't going to need just one, you are going to need multiple.

I would think that the quantity box would be appropriate and say leave it.

Last time I tried it, I think it was paying for multiple heals but only one heal was being applied per purchase. Haven't tried buying multiple heals lately. Also, I think priest heals/refreshes are a little under-priced.
