I know it might be along time before any new skills were needed but I had thought of a few today when I was getting my oil changed(of all things).

Runic lore- the ability lets the use create runes with various materials. The Runes can be sold to others if so desired. they can be attached to items that are flagged for runes. The more expensive the Rune the more power it can contain.

Cannoneering-use of Black powder weapons-primarily in the form of mounted cannons(airships & such). Skill improves targeting & gives the general skill neede to use such weapons.

Soul Binding- Allows the binding of supernatural & demonic forces though could be used to force a goodly spirit to serve as well.


Salvaging- Allows the user to salvage parts from junk piles & destroyed machinery to use in crafting.

Tinkering- the engineering of odd parts to create useable items for offensive/defensive or mobility.

Swimming-who said there is always dry land beneath your feet? This skill makes you more able to swim & even carry more while swimming.

Chaos Magic- Outside of the knowledge of most Mortals lies a realm of untapped negative energy which can curse your fores or summon ungodly Horrors to aid you.

Climbing-Sometimes scaling the tower to the top floor is better than fighting your way to the top(may require a grappling hook & rope).
