I love the idea, but there is something I would change/add

I dont think that having the chatting/telling/shouting (anything that other players are saying basically) coming up in the location box is a good idea. Like it was before, if you move more than 2 or 3 tile away, all vision of the chat is lost. Granted you can go back up and see it. But if you're quickly moving through some tiles, then you can easily miss something that is said...

I think it would work better in the top "action" box, or perhaps, have a seperate window, perhaps an openable window so as not to clutter main screen anymore, actually, now that I think about it. How about having the chat on the main screen and either the tile info, or actions in another openable window. Or better yet, give the player the choice over which ones they want in the main windows...

What if I tabbed the main chat window into Chat, Actions, Room? You could switch pretty quickly that way and not have other windows open all the time.

Although I may need to move error messages out of the chat windows altogether so you can see them regardless of your view. Since they are usually just one line or so I could put the error messages above the tabbed chat window.
